We may be unable to ship to certain addresses, including some P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, military addresses, non-contiguous U.S. locations, or restricted delivery areas.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take time to update after the order has been packed or handed to the carrier.

Delivery

Deliveries are completed by third-party carriers and logistics partners.

A delivery may be left at your door, mailbox, parcel locker, building reception, mailroom, front desk, or another location considered appropriate by the carrier.

For some deliveries, the carrier may provide delivery confirmation, proof of delivery, recipient details, or a delivery photo when available.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refund.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery location
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • With your building reception, front desk, mailroom, or parcel locker
  • Any alternate delivery location used by the carrier

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or refused, the order may not be eligible for refund.

If the package is returned to our return center or logistics partner, we may, at our discretion, offer a reshipment, refund, or store credit after deducting applicable shipping, return, and processing costs.


Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered within 7 days after the estimated or guaranteed delivery date, contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the result of the investigation.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically considered lost and are not automatically eligible for refund.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement kit, return instructions, or a refund.

For missing or damaged parts, replacement parts are usually the fastest solution.

Failed Delivery Attempts and Refused Packages

If a carrier is unable to deliver your package after one or more attempts, the package may be returned to our return center or logistics partner.

If you refuse delivery or fail to accept delivery without our prior written approval, the order may be treated as an unauthorized return.

In these cases, we may deduct applicable shipping, return, and processing costs from any refund, store credit, or reshipment.


Order Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been packed, shipped, assigned tracking, or handed to a carrier, it usually cannot be cancelled, rerouted, intercepted, or modified.

If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, the order must be handled under our Refund Policy.

For returns due to change of mind, duplicate order, no longer wanting the product, or finding the product too difficult to assemble, a $14.95 return shipping and processing fee may be deducted from your refund, as described in our Refund Policy.


High-Volume Periods

During high-volume periods, including holidays, major promotions, product launches, or peak shopping seasons, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

We recommend placing orders early during these periods.


International Shipping

This Shipping Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

For orders outside the United States, shipping availability, delivery times, duties, taxes, customs charges, and return options may vary.
