We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us at info@mindkidztoys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Depending on your location, we may provide a return label, QR code, or return authorization.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.

Please follow the return instructions we provide. Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the product is returned in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, express shipping charges, and return processing fees may be non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue so we can help with a replacement or refund.
